What is the warranty period for Crankbrothers pedals?
Warranty periods vary by model: Eggbeater and Candy 1 pedals have a 2-year warranty, while higher-end models like the Mallet and Stamp series typically feature a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for those who need their components ready for the weekend ride.
Can I return a product if it has been installed on my bike?
We accept returns on unused and uninstalled products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once a component has been installed or ridden, it is no longer eligible for a standard return.
Do you offer replacement parts for pedal rebuilds?
Yes, we are committed to sustainability and product longevity. We offer comprehensive Refresh Kits for all our pedal models, which include internal bushings, bearings, and seals.
How do I know which shoe/cleat interface is right for me?
Our pedals use a unique four-sided entry system. We recommend using our Match System shoes for the best interface, but our cleats are compatible with any standard 2-hole mountain bike shoe.
